A computer monitor that is taller than it is wide. Most portrait monitors are actually landscape monitors that can be swiveled into a portrait orientation. See landscape monitor and portrait.
Portrait Monitors
The right and left monitors are in portrait mode. These Samsung monitors are normally in a landscape orientation but can be turned 90 degrees clockwise into portrait mode.
